Separated diet
As its name suggests, allows the isolation of eating almost any food but not at the same time. Three methods of isolation system are known: Anthony, Shelton diet and Montignac.
These methods have different approaches but the common modus operandi is to not eat at the same time certain foods or rather should not involve some families of food per meal (or days depending on the method chosen). Differentiated regimes, even if they are effective in the short term, not based on any scientific validation.
